Webb's PEARLS: Transients in the MACS J0416.1-2403 Field

SN02. The two red bars in each of the color images indicate its location. It was not visible in Ep1. From the difference images involving Ep2, it seems that this transient reached the maximum in Ep2 and then faded. The host redshift is z = 0.7093.
