Lucas The Lion | Around 5.6K light years away from Earth, in the constellation of Cygnus, there is a Wolf-Rayet star, WR 140. A star that is very active, very hot and with a very strong stellar wind. Blasting large amounts of matter into space and forming a lot of cosmic dust. But that star is not alone, it revolves around a second, larger, brighter, but calmer O-type star. And every 7.9 years, due to the very elliptical orbit they get pretty close. Almost as close ar Earth to the Sun!
Reminder: It's your *last day* to register for in-person attendance to the STScI conference on bringing @NASARoman and #jwst science together. Check out the amazing list of speakers, including the premiere of SN results upending dark energy by Pat Kelly.

@yuvharpaz No pretendia criticar su trabajo pero mi sensación es que el canal rojo está descentrado. ¿Ha usado el filtro miri_f2100w como rojo o lo ha descartado?
yuval | Another take on the core of NGC 3351 by # JWST , here I manually adjusted colors to show both the starburst region and the two "wings". red is MIRI 770w, green is NIRCam 360m and blue is NIRCam 200w
yuval | NGC 3351 by # JWST . I combined (with my Python script) all filters from MIRI 2100w to NIRCam 200w. colors were stretched differently for the core.
